I2C232 : I2C to RS232 |
The I2CUSB
Adapter provides a PC interface to I2C using USB. The USB powered device
is based on the original I2C232
device.
The I2CUSB plugs into the USB connector on a laptop or PC
and requiring no external power supply..
I2CUSB Driver Installation
The I2CUSB module requires a Virtual COM Port driver to be
installed.
Click on the following to download the .zip file for your
operating sytem to a directory such as c:\vcp. Unzip the files into the
same directory and use this directory as the source of the driver files
when Windows detects the I2CUSB module.
I2CUSB Command Set
The I2CUSB commands are the same as the I2C232 module and
available in the following document.
